Getting to Know the Staff at Omaha Physical Therapy Institute

It’s always fun to ask our staff at Omaha Physical Therapy Institute interesting questions about their personalities, likes/dislikes, and goals.  Here are a few of the answers to the questions we have asked recently, mostly pertaining to food, a topic we all LOVE to talk about!

Sara Palinski, PT:  I don’t think this is weird, I think it is delicious, but when I got to college, all my friends told me it was weird.  We grew up eating toast with butter and jelly on it with American cheese and hard salami.  Don’t knock it until you try this amazing combination!
