Giving patients the care they DESERVE.
Sara Loeffelholz Palinksi, PT, DPT
Sara loves the field of physical therapy because it allows her to make a real difference in the lives of those dealing with pain. She’s no stranger to injury herself—having faced several during her years as a competitive basketball and softball player. After undergoing surgery in high school to repair a torn labrum in her shoulder, she experienced firsthand just how impactful physical therapy can be. That journey not only helped her recover but also inspired her to pursue PT as a career.
Sara went on to play Division I softball at both the University of New Mexico and Creighton University. In recognition of her achievements, she was inducted into the Marian High School Hall of Fame in 2014. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University.
Sara has been a valued part of the OPTI family since 2014. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two adorable boys, Ryan and Luke. She loves attending concerts, traveling, golfing—and any excuse to soak up family time.
🕺 Fun fact: Sara loves to dance! Challenge her to a dance-off, but fair warning…you’ll probably regret it!
