Physical therapy didn’t just shape Brent and Katie Cordery’s careers — it brought them together in the most meaningful way. They met as students in physical therapy school at Creighton University, where a shared passion for helping others sparked a connection that quickly grew into something more. Eventually, they married, and with hearts full of purpose, they took a leap of faith and opened Omaha Physical Therapy Institute (OPTI) in July of 2007.

Their vision was clear: create a space where people would receive the care they truly deserve — one-on-one, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. Since day one, they’ve carefully built a team of skilled professionals who share their commitment to excellence and empathy.
