Have you ever thought about how your nutrition can impact your healing from an injury?  What you eat can play a vital role in your recovery, allowing for proper healing times and improving energy levels.  Below is a list of anti-inflammatory foods, herbs, and spices along with foods high in protein to keep on the grocery list!!!

 

Foods, herbs, and spices that can have an anti-inflammatory effect:

 

Olive oil

Fish Oil

Flax oil or ground flax
