I’d like to take a moment to share my experience at OPTI. I started therapy at OPTI in the fall of last year. I am so grateful for the referral to their clinic and the time I spent there as I strengthened my knee! Not only did it get me back on track to avoid surgery, but the workout routine really helped to set the stage for a healthy and wonderfully blessed year.
My husband and I have wanted to grow our family for some time. We aimed to focus on getting healthier and really hone in on better habits – eating healthier, working out more regularly, and de-stressing. We really kicked up these efforts in January by joining the local CSA for better food options and going to the YMCA 3-4 times a week to perform the workout you provided. It is amazing just how effective these efforts were!
My husband and I had our first child in October!
I enjoyed my workouts at the YMCA during my pregnancy and am continuing to work out and stay active!
I wanted to share this news with everyone, particularly at this point in my journey. The teachings and support at OPTI really helped to lay the foundation for a very active and strong pregnancy.
