Stretches to Perform While Working From Home

Since the pandemic, people have started to work more remotely from their homes. In our clinic, we have seen increased cases in muscle tension headaches and neck pain due to prolonged hours on devices, poor ergonomic work environment, and decreased movement. It is important to stay moving throughout your day, therefore, we recommend changing positions often.

Listed below are links to a couple stretches that are easy to implement throughout your work day!  As with any new exercise, start off slow and gentle and stay in a comfortable range of motion.  We recommend that you perform these stretches at least one time in the morning and one time in the afternoon.
