Keep Moving Forward – Awful to Awesome
Athletes have a love/hate relationship with the sport they play. The game, no matter what it is and what your skill level is, can be completely exhilarating or completely frustrating all in one day. Even professional athletes must learn how to get mentally tough and get through the hard days in their sport, whether that is a hitting slump or hitting the golf ball in the water three times on one hole. A common saying we’ve heard is: “It’s not about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward” (one of my personal favorites from Rocky).
