These choices may help satisfy your sweet tooth, without the guilt!  

Healthy Choice 100 Calorie Fudge Bar (5 g fiber)

VitaTop:  Deep Chocolate or Banana Nut!

Fresh pear slices sprinkled with ground cinnamon

Sugar Free Iced Coffee

Skinny Cow candy

Mini Cupcakes:  Use a cake mix and blend with a 15 oz can of pumpkin

Skinny Cow Ice Cream treat, or similar such as Weight Watchers Cups

Air popped popcorn with butter spray and ground cinnamon

5-6 oz plain Greek yogurt with Truvia or protein powder to flavor

PureProtein, Kind, Trio or other lower carb bar

Low fat/fat free/sugar free pudding

Sparkling flavored water such as Lime La Croix

Steaz Flavored Green Tea (cold, in a can)

Graham cracker square with peanut butter and 10 mini chocolate chips

Chocolate Soy Milk, blended with 1/3 frozen banana and ½ scoop flavored protein powder

Dove Dark Chocolate Squares—2 or 3 squares!

FiberOne Chocolate Brownies

Finely chopped up fresh strawberries over ½ cup “½ the fat” vanilla ice cream (or my favorite is Edy’s Light French Silk, ½ the fat)
