6 Things to Make your Recovery Easier
Diane Johnson is no stranger to injury. After going through months of physical therapy for a severe injury she sustained in April 2017, she is finally back to doing the things that she loves and enjoys. She wanted to share some insight she gained as a patient in physical therapy and we wanted to share that with you as we feel this is excellent advice!
What advice would you give someone that is recovering from injury?
- 1. Have a positive attitude
- 2. Be thankful for what you already have and can do
- 3. Listen and know your physical therapist wants to help you
- 4. Do your home exercises… w o r k – w o r k – w o r k
- 5. Encourage others
- 6. Keep looking forward
