Are you ready to take your game to another level? OPTI’s Sport-Specific Strength and Conditioning is a comprehensive program involving training, education on training, and nutrition and is run by physical therapists with strength and conditioning backgrounds. This program focuses on sport-specific speed, agility, strength, along with reinforcing skill and technical aspects of specific sports. There will be pre-testing and post-testing along with education and exercises addressing injury reduction. The program directors have extensive background in biomechanics, strength and conditioning, injury reduction, and have all been division I athletes themselves.
Goal of the program: Decrease the risk of injury and improve your game!
Athletes should bring their tennis shoes, sport specific footwear and gear, water, and any bracing worn during sports.
*If an athlete has been receiving treatment for any injury, a clearance note for participation in the program needs to be received signed by the treating physician prior to the first session.
